When you simply browse our website, no information directly identifying you is requested. Technically, the following may be processed:
The name, contact details and descriptions of your complaints that you share with us via WhatsApp, telephone or the digital assistant are used solely to answer your request.
Messages you write to the digital assistant are transmitted to our service provider so that a reply can be generated. We recommend that you do not enter sensitive information such as identity numbers, addresses or a detailed medical history into the assistant.
Our site works with service providers for hosting, database, email and artificial-intelligence infrastructure. These providers process your data only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
Analytics tools load only if you give explicit consent in the cookie banner. If you do not consent, no script belonging to those tools is executed.
Your data are protected by technical and organisational measures including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), authorised access and access restriction at database level.
No transmission over the internet is one hundred per cent secure; we therefore recommend that you share sensitive health information directly with your doctor.
Our website is not directed at children. Health information concerning children should be shared only through a parent or legal guardian.
