Rhinoplasty aims to bring the size, dorsal line, tip structure and overall proportions of the nose into harmony with the face as a whole. Planning considers not only the nose but the relationship between forehead, nose, lips and chin.
At our clinic, aesthetic planning is always carried out alongside an assessment of breathing. Ensuring that breathing does not worsen while appearance improves is a basic condition of the plan.

The Process
How does the treatment process work?
These stages describe the general flow; each patient's plan is confirmed after examination.

Initial consultation
Your concerns, expectations and medical history are discussed. In remote contact, shared photographs give preliminary insight but do not replace an examination.

Examination and planning
The inside and outside of the nose are assessed in detail; further investigation is requested where needed. The surgical plan is personalised on that basis.
- 03
Surgery
The procedure is performed in an operating theatre under general anaesthesia. The technique (open or closed) is chosen according to the patient's anatomy.
- 04
Follow-up
The first review takes place early, after which follow-up continues at planned intervals. For patients from abroad, follow-up continues online.
Recovery and follow-up
Recovery differs according to the procedure performed and to individual factors.
- Swelling and bruising in the first days are expected and subside over time.
- For most patients, return to daily life is gradual over a few days.
- The final result settles over months; this period varies from person to person.
